Job Summary
Regional BCBA leads clinical and educational interventions across Grades K-12 within the SF Bay Area Spectrum School locations. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive training to teachers, monitoring instructional and behavioral outcomes, modeling best practices, implementing evidence-based interventions, crisis management, data collection and analysis, ensuring program compliance with regulations and internal standards, supervising staff pursuing BACB certification, and collaborating with campus teams to drive student progress toward IEP goals. The role supports multiple campuses under regional leadership and includes guidance on crisis management, on-site staff development, and program improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, special education or a closely related field of study
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) credential
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining an education specialist or special education instruction credential preferred
- Possession of a valid CA state driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain crisis management training certification
- Experience in providing behavioral support in special education or behavioral health settings
- Strong knowledge of ABA including PBIS, FBA, and BIP
- Experience with IEPs and data-based decision making
