Job Summary
Lead MPL Solution Design for customer pursuits requiring advanced engineering knowhow. Own end-to-end solution design including data capture for cost/price, detailed process flows, operating model and resource estimates; develop P&L and draft pricing for customer proposals; provide engineering solutions and visualization for RFQ responses; guide regional solution design teams for new opportunities (RFPs, cross-country projects, CAPEX, presentations, and technical documentation); participate in contract negotiations and ensure timely bid responses; drive project implementation plans, platform readiness, and KPIs for successful Go-Live; leverage global/regional methodologies to standardize and innovate across MPL verticals; ensure stakeholder alignment across Solutions Design, Operations, Procurement, and Growth Enablement.
