Job Summary
Regional IT service desk internship supporting APAC markets with roles in reporting, knowledge management, process improvement, market roll-out support, and data analysis. Responsibilities include preparing KPI dashboards, identifying KB articles and localization efforts, reviewing incidents to identify root causes, and coordinating with global and local teams on roll-out activities and documentation. Hybrid work arrangement in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Able to commit full time internship from Jun/Jul 2026 to Dec 2026
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
