Job Summary
Oversee and ensure fidelity of ABA programs by supporting and coaching Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists. Complete and review treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with clinical and payer standards. Lead trainings and clinical development initiatives, partnering with Regional Directors and Operations teams on quality, compliance, and strategic oversight. This role requires a Master's degree, active BCBA credential, and minimum two years of professional ABA experience. Starting pay is $85,000–$98,000 annually. The position is onsite in Orange County and includes in-house CEUs and annual conference allowances.
