Job Summary
Regional Banking Sales & Service Leader overseeing a regional Sales and Service Support team (Regional Banking Client Manager and Relationship Service Specialist) to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales functions. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the team, onboarding new Service Specialists and Client Managers, acting as SME for process improvements and technology changes, coordinating cross-sell opportunities, supporting portfolio transfers during banker changes, and shaping regional communications and procedures in partnership with regional partners. This role requires leadership and development of colleagues, with a focus on staffing, training, performance metrics, and alignment with corporate initiatives. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, change leadership, and ensuring consistent service levels across the region. Compensation ranges from $63,000 to $124,000 annually, with eligibility for incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
