Job Summary
Senior Regional Banking Relationship Manager role focused on acquiring new business relationships and deepening existing ones for Huntington. Responsibilities include prospecting and networking to build a robust local market COI network, structuring and closing complex loan transactions, maintaining creditworthiness, collecting documentation, and providing insights and guidance to customers. Targets include businesses with $2M-$50M in sales and aggregate credit exposures up to $25M, with heavy emphasis on those above $25M in sales. The role backs up the Market Manager and mentors junior colleagues, collaborates with internal partners to deliver customer solutions, and involves quarterly portfolio reviews and coordination with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Banking/Commercial lending experience
- 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience
