Job Summary
Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales transitions, and lobby engagement to drive new revenue and client retention. Deliver full PNC conversations with every client interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools while applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits to ensure teller and branch operations are completed accurately.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
