Job Summary
Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, increase share of wallet, and drive proactive sales through outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to acquire, expand, and retain relationships while delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools, applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively and mitigate risk through adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Requires 1+ years of related experience; based in Indianapolis IN with in-office requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
- Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act)
