Job Summary
Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales transitions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every interaction to identify appropriate solutions, educate customers on managing financial transactions, and apply product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations are completed accurately. This role is based in Rockville, MD and requires 1+ years of related experience.
