Job Summary
Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales teller interactions, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to acquire, expand, and retain relationships by positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools, applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately. Requires Home Lending Designated Lender Certification and 1+ years of related experience. Based in Audubon, PA, with in-office requirements.

- Licenses
- 1+ years of related experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
