Regional Banker/Teller

Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, increase share of wallet, and drive proactive sales through outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to acquire, expand, and retain relationships while delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools, applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively and mitigate risk through adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.
