Job Summary
Drive proactive sales and service activities by leveraging outbound calling, service-to-sales, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty and grow share of wallet. Manage customer experience through full PNC conversations that identify appropriate solutions, mitigate risks, and solve problems effectively while adhering to all policies and procedures. Ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. This role requires 1+ years of related experience and involves a defined sales process including appointment setting and effective customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
- Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act)
