Job Summary
Regional AV Sales Manager to drive growth across France (Paris). Own end-to-end sales: identify, develop, and win new business opportunities; upsell and grow existing accounts; build a robust pipeline; manage opportunities from prospecting through closing; engage with end users, consultants, integrators, distributors, and channel partners; maintain forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce. Requires hunter mentality, commercial drive, and ability to lead the full sales cycle in the professional AV space. Fluency in French and English is required. This is a quota-carrying, field-based sales role focused on growing revenue and market share in the French market.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience managing a territory and developing customer relationships
- Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and good verbal English
