Job Summary
Manage breakfast, dinner, lunch room service, and afternoon tea to client standards while overseeing the C&E operation. Liaise with the F&B Manager to set departmental targets, work schedules, budgets, and policies. Maintain health and safety for clients, vendors, and staff, and support liquor order, stock control, and cleanliness of level 4. Conduct staff meetings, attend BEO meetings, and perform duty manager shifts as required. Ensure staff recruitment and training meet hotel standards, resolve guest dissatisfaction promptly, and assist in drafting forecasts and budgets. Collaborate with marketing on promotional activities and assist bar and dinner service during corporate events.
