Regional Area Marketer

Regional Area Marketer needed to support CentiMark’s Midwest Regional Sales team. Responsibilities include researching potential customers, performing cold calls on targeted prospects, marketing CentiMark’s features and success stories via LinkedIn and X, introducing prospects to CentiMark’s offerings, setting appointments for intro calls and meetings, organizing customer and prospecting events for each office in the Midwest, following up on proposals, assisting the Regional Sales Team with Top 50 Target Accounts, researching market dynamics to inform marketing programs, joining networking organizations (BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, Hospital Engineering, etc.), organizing and participating in trade shows, learning CentiMark’s estimating and proposal writing programs, performing joint calls with Regional Sales staff, coordinating marketing efforts with Regional Reps and National Accounts, achieving monthly activity goals, and pursuing growth into regional sales roles. Requirements include past sales or marketing experience (preferred), strong teamwork, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, excellent organization and time management, strong communication and writing skills, ability to build relationships, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel including overnight.
