Regional Area Marketer

Regional Area Marketer to support CentiMark’s Midwest Regional sales effort by researching potential customers, performing cold calls, and marketing the company’s roofing services. Responsibilities include presenting CentiMark’s features and success stories via platforms like LinkedIn and X, introducing prospects to features/benefits, scheduling intro calls and meetings, organizing customer and prospecting events for each office in the Midwest, following up on proposals, assisting the Regional Sales Team with Top 50 Target Accounts, researching market dynamics to inform marketing programs, joining networking organizations (e.g., BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA), organizing and participating in trade shows, learning estimating and proposal writing, performing joint calls with Regional Sales staff, coordinating marketing efforts with Regional Reps and National Accounts, attaining monthly activity goals, learning regional sales responsibilities, and traveling within the region. Required: past sales or marketing experience (preferred), strong teamwork, proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint, excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building skills, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Travel (including overnight) as needed within the Region.
