Regional APRN Director

Job Summary
APRN Director will provide oversight and support for psychiatric clinicians, partnering with Operations leadership to implement clinical strategy, onboarding, recruitment, and ongoing clinician professional development. Responsibilities include regional onboarding and training, coaching, supervision of clinical staff, facilitating peer consultation, mentoring, maintaining clinical integrity and compliance, monitoring KPIs and quality metrics, and collaborating with operations on staffing and clinical policies. Requires strong communication, leadership, and compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations; travel quarterly; primary residence in a region with APRN density; 30% onsite involvement with clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- PMHNP-BC certification preferred
- 5+ years clinical experience
- Experience in medical leadership
- Active DEA registration
- Active, unrestricted nursing and APRN license in state of practice (state driving APRN director staffing)
