Regional Allergy Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead the Allergy Department across multiple Florida locations by providing operational oversight, coaching staff, and ensuring consistent adherence to clinical protocols and workflows. Manage daily operations including patient flow, scheduling, inventory, and EMR accuracy while serving as a clinical technician when needed to support staffing gaps. Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and enforce safety standards through quarterly drills and compliance training. Partner with physicians and leadership to drive departmental growth, implement marketing initiatives, and resolve operational discrepancies. Travel between assigned practices as required to maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Ability and willingness to travel between assigned locations as practice needs require
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, listen, use hands for keyboarding and other office tasks, and reach with hands and arms
- The ability to frequently lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Employment does require performing unplanned Category I procedures
