Regional Aftermarket Manager leads and optimizes Parts and Service Department operations across multiple locations, recruiting and developing talent, setting department goals and budgets, implementing marketing plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing safety and compliance; requires heavy equipment knowledge, supervisory experience, strong communication, budgeting and leadership skills and willingness to travel regionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of heavy equipment technology
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Heavy Equipment Parts Department
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong communication, math, and analytical skills
