Job Summary
Regional Administrator with RN supervision for a Home Health Agency. Direct and supervise clinical and support teams (RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants) across Indiana, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care while driving business growth. The role combines clinical oversight, regulatory compliance (state licensure, Medicare certification), policy development, and operational management, including staffing, training, budgets, and collaboration with care teams. Field work and client home visits are required with travel within Indiana and occasional travel to Ohio; in-office presence is required at the Indianapolis location at least 3 days per week. Full-time, salaried position with benefits and potential for on-call coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana RN license
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Willingness to travel within Indiana and to Ohio as needed
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing or related field preferred
- 1+ year of Supervisory/Team Management experience in a home health agency or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in home health care/public health preferred
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
