Job Summary
Regional Administrative Manager responsible for regional administrative and operational support, auditing payroll submissions, overseeing timekeeping and expense reporting, coordinating travel for field personnel, and preparing regional administrative reports while ensuring compliance and data integrity across payroll and expense processes. Supports the Operations Manager, collaborates with field and leadership teams, and handles confidential information with discretion. Requires travel up to 50% and experience in payroll, expense management, and auditing, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and payroll systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or resource management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field, OR equivalent industry experience
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and expense reporting processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to audit and identify discrepancies in payroll and expense data
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with field and leadership teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll/expense management systems
