Requires travel up to 50% and experience in payroll, expense management, and auditing, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and payroll systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or resource management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field, OR equivalent industry experience
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and expense reporting processes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to audit and identify discrepancies in payroll and expense data
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with field and leadership teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll/expense management systems
