Job Summary
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and dispatch invitations while booking rooms and arranging resources for senior executives and managers. Provide administrative support by processing invoices, logging expense claims, tracking budgets, and maintaining supply inventory. Lead department events, coordinate staff training, and liaise with vendors on premises and relocation matters. Develop tailored communications, format data into reports and dashboards, and mentor junior assistants. Ensure operational processes follow control standards and risk management frameworks while protecting assets.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in an administrative/professional support function
- demonstrating progressive responsibility
- post-secondary degree in related field of study
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
