Job Summary
Lead and manage the Market Opening Support Program for new markets, establish opening metrics, develop and execute opening strategies, and ensure staffing and fiscal responsibilities are aligned. Collaborate with Coaches, Marketing, and HQ teams to drive opening plans; establish routine stakeholder reporting; oversee special ops support and field event activations; manage and develop Lead Mob and future Operators, and recruit effectively with franchisees and operators. Build and maintain an activations program that represents the brand authentically at events, train and prepare Lead Mob, set goals, monitor performance against metrics, and ensure growth readiness. Requires leadership experience in an operational/franchise context, strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives. Occasional lifting and driving may be required; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in a climate-controlled office environment. Compensation: DOE. Fluency in English for paperwork and action follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a Regional Operator and/or Franchisee
- 7+ years experience in leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 4 years of related experience
- Operation/Franchise must be in exceptional operational and financial standing
