Regional Account Manager

Job Summary
Remote Regional Account Manager focused on the U.S. Midwest and Great Lakes region. Drive revenue through strategic account management, new business development, and expansion within existing accounts. Build and maintain relationships across customer organizations (Purchasing, Operations, R&D) and conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute strategic account plans, monitor market trends and competitive activity, and report findings. Travel approximately 50% to represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Collaborate with internal teams for product development and innovation and support travel across the territory. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3–5 years of B2B sales/account management experience; proficiency with CRM and MS Office; strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to travel; Spanish language ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Demonstrated success in managing B2B accounts and driving sales growth
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel by car, air, or other means as required
- HI&I (Household, Industrial & Institutional), Personal Care, Oilfield Applications sectors experience a plus
- Conversational or fluent in Spanish
