Job Summary
Develop and execute territory plans to drive regional sales growth and strengthen distributor partnerships across the Southeast Territory. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, fleets, and end-users while conducting visits, sales meetings, and product training sessions. Collaborate with the Sales Manager on annual business plans and provide market intelligence to support decision-making. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage travel and expense reporting. Requires extensive travel, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and prior outside sales experience. Join a team focused on professional development and collaborative growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Previous outside sales or account management experience required
- Experience working with distributor networks, commercial vehicle equipment, manufacturing, transportation, or related industries preferred
- Order Processing Systems
- MS 365 Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- CRM Software
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
