Job Summary

Regional Account Manager on the FordDirect Team providing consultative marketing assessments and comprehensive marketing solutions to automotive dealer clients. This is a client-facing field position with 50% travel, serving the Kansas City - St. Louis, MO; Little Rock, AR; and Memphis - Nashville, TN markets. Responsibilities include monitoring client campaign effectiveness via proprietary platforms, coordinating with Client Services and Production Teams to ensure timely deliverables and revenue targets, and providing in-store training to dealers to achieve sales and service objectives. Must learn all products within 90 days, be flexible to support new projects, work well in a team and independently, uphold internal processes, take initiative, work under pressure, be detail-oriented, punctual, and professional. Requirements include a Bachelor2 us Degree, 2+ years in a consultative, account-management, client-facing role, experience in Automotive Marketing/Advertising/Sales, and ability to travel 50% of the time. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position.
