Job Summary
Regional Account Manager for FordDirect Team delivering high-level client service to automotive dealer clients with consultative marketing assessments and comprehensive marketing solutions. Field-based role requiring ~50% travel across the Central region (KC-St. Louis MO, Little Rock AR, Memphis-Nashville TN). Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on client campaigns, coordinating with Client Services and Production Teams, and providing in-store training to dealers. Must learn company products within 90 days, adapt to new projects, collaborate effectively, and maintain processes under deadline pressure. Full-time, salaried remote-field position with base salary, commission, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of professional experience in consultative, account management, client-facing roles
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive Marketing/Automotive Ad Agency/Automotive Media Sales and/or Automotive Retail
- Ability to travel 50% of the time (local, regional)
