Job Summary
Regional Account Manager for FordDirect Team, a remote field position serving the greater Kansas City - St. Louis, MO, Little Rock, AR, and Memphis - Nashville, TN markets. Responsible for providing consultative marketing assessments and comprehensive marketing solutions to automotive dealer clients, monitoring campaign effectiveness via proprietary technology, coordinating with Client Services and Production teams to ensure on-time delivery, and facilitating in-store training to help dealers achieve sales and service objectives. Requires professional experience in consultative/account management, automotive marketing, and strong relationship-building skills; travel approximately 50% of the time; Bachelor's Degree; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s Degree
- A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience specifically in a consultative, account management, client retention, client-facing role
- Demonstrated experience with Automotive Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media Sales and/or Automotive Retail
- Ability to travel 50% of the time (local, regional, national)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
