Job Summary
Regional Account Manager on the FordDirect Team focused on automotive dealer clients. Provides consultative marketing assessments and comprehensive marketing solutions to help dealers sell, service, and retain customers while expanding revenue opportunities. Roles involve client-facing responsibilities, monitoring campaign effectiveness using proprietary platforms, coordinating with Client Services and Production Teams to ensure on-time deliverables, and providing in-store training to dealers. Requires learning all products within 90 days, adaptability to new projects, teamwork and independence, and travel up to 50% in the Central region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 2+ years’ professional experience specifically in a consultative, account management, client retention, client-facing role, required
- Demonstrated experience with Automotive Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media Sales and/or Automotive Retail, required
- Ability to travel 50% of the time (local, regional, national)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior relationship-building skills
- Organization and multitasking in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
