Job Summary
Regional Account Manager on the FordDirect Team, a remote field position serving the Central region with ~50% travel to automotive dealer clients. Responsibilities include client-facing consultative marketing assessments, delivering marketing solutions, monitoring campaign effectiveness via proprietary platforms, coordinating with Client Services and Production Teams to ensure on-time delivery and revenue targets, and providing in-store training to dealers. Ideal candidate should have hands-on automotive marketing experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, the ability to learn company products within 90 days, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The role offers base salary with commission and comprehensive benefits, and requires proximity to preferred regional markets (Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Little Rock, AR; Memphis, TN; Nashville, TN) with travel to national markets as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years professional experience in consultative, account management, client-facing role
- Demonstrated experience with Automotive Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media Sales and/or Automotive Retail
