Job Summary
Regional Account Manager responsible for managing local and regional Manufacturer Representative accounts while pursuing new opportunities. Develop and implement account sales and marketing strategies to increase sales, selling products/solutions directly or through sales channels. Build relationships with Contractors, Architects, Engineers, OEMs, and Owners; collaborate with Manufacturer Rep Firms in HVAC and Industrial sectors. Maintain accurate lead and deal tracking via the CRM; travel across a large territory.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in the cooling tower industry
- hunter mentality with full sales cycle experience
- excellent oral and written communication
- proven success in exceeding sales quota
- experience selling to rep firms, contractors, builders, designers, dealers
- computer literacy with Word, Excel, and a CRM system
- ability to travel and cover a large territory
- valid and unrestricted Driver’s License
