Job Summary
Develop and execute territory account plans aligned with national commercial objectives for Mirum's cholestatic disease portfolio within Northwest Italy. Build productive relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and multidisciplinary care teams to improve patient access and support appropriate use of therapies. Deliver high-quality scientific discussions, identify customer needs, and assess opportunities using market intelligence to drive sustainable business growth. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Compliance to translate insights into effective strategies while maintaining strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Requires 10+ years in healthcare/biotech, fluency in Italian and English, and 80% travel including overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of business experience in healthcare or biotech industry in RAM roles
- Significant experience in Regional Market access
- Successful biotech/pharma product launch experience in rare or niche markets with a documented track record of exceeding goals in competitive markets
- Bachelor's in science degree or higher
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel approximately 80%, including overnight travel
- Patient centricity and commitment to improving outcomes for rare disease patients
- Strong territory planning and execution skills

Desired Qualifications
- Existing relationships within GI, hepatology or related specialty areas preferred
- Experience working with hospitals, academic centres and multidisciplinary care teams preferred
- Experience in liver and / or rare diseases is an important tplus
- Experience in Liver diseases will be an important plus
