Regional Account Manager - (Full Line) - Maine

Regional Account Manager (RAM) for Exteriors and Outdoor Living, reporting to the District Sales Manager, owning downstream contractor demand for James Hardie products in an assigned segment. Responsible for defending business, increasing wallet share, driving material conversion, and growing market share by executing district plans with Channel Managers and field teams. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer accounts, serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, identify opportunities to expand product adoption, develop structured account plans, conduct regular business reviews, translate feedback into internal recommendations, maintain CRM records, forecast account performance, and prioritize actions. Drive downstream demand with contractors across Exteriors and Outdoor Living, enable cross-selling, and build long-term contractor relationships through tailored product solutions while driving material conversion. Act as the primary dealer relationship owner for assigned accounts, collaborate on campaigns, train sales teams, and connect contractor demand to dealer programs. Execute market-segment specialization (single family repair/remodel, single family new construction, multi-family new construction) and tailor engagement to segment needs. Develop and execute a territory plan, manage the pipeline, and adjust approaches based on performance and market feedback. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, several years of sales experience, CRM usage, travel readiness, and a valid driver’s license.
