Job Summary
Regional Account Manager - Energy responsible for managing overall business relationships with clients in a regional scope within Crane Worldwide Logistics. Responsibilities include account mapping and alignment of regional/global teams, running QBRs, ensuring SOP compliance across offices, reporting and performance monitoring, market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, developing and executing business development plans, tender management, and facilitating cross-functional improvements. Strong emphasis on relationship-building beyond main contacts, maintaining rates/yields, overseeing timely payments, CRM data entry, and occasional regional travel to visit accounts and review procedures. Requires exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of transportation logistics with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Education: college degree preferred; experience: 3-5 years in sales/account management/operations in freight forwarding/logistics/transportation; certifications may be required in some areas.
