Job Summary

Regional Account Manager for Japan focused on mid-sized enterprise, responsible for generating enterprise opportunities and driving end-to-end sales cycles into focused accounts in commercial segments. Build and execute strategic plans (focus account and territory plans) to deploy Fortinet products and services, manage sales pipeline and forecast, achieve quarterly quota, and drive adoption of new technology. Must cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain executive-level communications while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Requires proven quota attainment, independently motivated selling, and excellent presentation and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; graduate degree preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience selling to major companies in networking or security sectors
  • Direct sales experience with strong relationships with customers in this market
  • Experience with the Distribution channel model
  • Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and drive to close
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, graduate degree preferred
