Job Summary
Regional Account Manager responsible for building and growing relationships with senior client leadership, managing an assigned territory in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, and traveling up to 75%. Develop and execute sales strategies, analyze territory data, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and process improvements. Build executive-level relationships, train and educate clients on protections plans, coordinate training logistics and budgets, deliver executive overviews at client meetings, and drive achievement of growth metrics and protection-plan initiatives. Must reside in Greater DC/Baltimore or Greater Philadelphia areas, be near a major airport hub, and be willing to travel; role emphasizes remote-based work with substantial travel and requires insurance licensing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of account sales management experience
- 2+ years of retail store/district management experience desired
- Insurance Licensing: Must be able to pass State Property and Casualty Licensing exam
