Regional Account Executive- Southwest

Job Summary
Close orders and manage full-line sales accountability by growing the master sales database and moving prospects through the capital equipment sales cycle. Establish clinical surgeon champions with existing and new potential customers to secure support for regional show sites. Represent THINK Surgical leadership technology to surgeons and hospital administrators by providing product demonstrations and delivering feedback on existing systems. Attend trade shows and seminars to promote the TMINI® robotic system and achieve assigned sales objectives. Travel up to 50% across the Southwest region to expand market presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Extensive sales experience in one of the following areas: Orthopedic Implant, Surgical Robotics, Imaging/Capital Equipment, Total joint Replacement
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospital administrators/C-Suite through the hospital purchase cycle as part of managing a complex sale
- Excellent C-Suite/Exec presentation skills
- Must be comfortable in operating room environments during invasive surgical procedures
- Established orthopedic industry relationships or hospital administrative relationships
- Outstanding verbal and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable Quality System Standards
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% in the Southwest region
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record closing hospital orders of capital equipment with individual costs of $100k+
- Experience in Orthopedics, specifically total joint replacement
- Comprehensive Orthopedic Industry knowledge
