Job Summary

Regional Account Executive focused on driving growth and pharmacy pull-through within an oncology and rare disease territory. Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, multidisciplinary providers, and healthcare leaders to generate new business while expanding and retaining existing accounts. Partner with internal teams to deliver high-touch service, educate providers on specialty pharmacy resources, and position Biologics by McKesson as a trusted specialty pharmacy partner. Responsibilities include territory planning to achieve revenue goals, qualifying and converting opportunities, conducting regular account reviews (QBRs), maintaining a high-quality pipeline with accurate CRM forecasts, and staying informed on market trends to differentiate solutions. Travel up to 80% with remote/home-based operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Education 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) strongly preferred.

Desired Qualifications

  • 4+ years healthcare sales and/or account management experience
  • strong negotiation, partnering, and influencing skills
  • excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management
  • proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • knowledge of oncology, rare disease, or specialty pharmacy landscape
  • ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory
