Regional Account Executive

Job Summary
Own your territory and build it like it is your business. Build new relationships with property managers, regionals, owners, and management companies; become the regional expert your clients trust and rely on; drive high-volume prospecting, property visits, regional networking, and industry presence; cross-sell your existing relationships into additional markets and drive even more revenue; conduct onsite orientations, property check-ins, and health reviews; track deals and pipeline through Zoho CRM; earn a reputation in the region through consistent presence, follow-up, and wins. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission on new unit sales, bonuses tied to bulk sales and renewals, a first-year large bonus opportunity, car and phone allowances, medical/dental/vision, generous PTO, 401K matching, and paid continued education. The role is positioned for serious earners with growth opportunities toward Senior RAE, Director, or National roles within a national ONE TEAM organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of strong B2B consultative sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals
