Job Summary
Regional Account Director (RAD) responsible for partnering with automotive dealers to assess and deliver data-driven digital marketing solutions. The role leads end-to-end digital strategy, website and lead optimization, analytics/reporting, and in-store training to drive dealer sales, service, and retention. Responsibilities include launching Team Velocity products with new clients, managing existing relationships, delivering performance insights, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery. Ideal candidates have advanced proficiency in developing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies, a track record in automotive digital marketing, and strong communication and travel capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years automotive digital marketing experience
- experience in consultative, account management, client retention, and/or client-facing role
- direct experience with Automotive Digital Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media, and/or Automotive Retail
- ability to travel (local, regional, national)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- superior relationship-building skills
- organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel), Salesforce, CRM systems, and Google suite
