Job Summary
Regional Access Manager - West based in Mumbai responsible for shaping healthcare access by driving market access initiatives, payer strategies, and public-private partnerships for Roche Diagnostics portfolio in Core lab, Molecular diagnostics, Pathology, Point of care and Blood screening. Lead diagnostics-economic and health outcome analyses, prepare reimbursement dossiers, and identify data gaps to support payer value propositions. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (Ministry of Health, NGOs, Key Opinion Leaders) to develop go-to-market roadmaps, manage market access projects, and ensure alignment with portfolio goals and policy developments. Maintain compliant engagement with regional leadership, drive access opportunities with payers and suppliers, and contribute to value-based contracting and health economic modelling for patient access expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in market access or payer engagement preferred
- Knowledge of reimbursement landscapes and health economics
- Stakeholder engagement with government and NGOs a plus
