Job Summary
As a Region Sales Manager at STERIS, you will lead a regional team to drive sales of consumable products in the Life Sciences sector across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic region, ensuring high standards of customer service and implementing strategic business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Science or Engineering.
- 2 years of management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences market with responsibility for multiple products.
- 2 years of demonstrable successful people management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales support skills and experience including dealing with complex multifaceted sales situations.
- Strong leadership, matrix organization management, interpersonal, communication, organization and presentation skills.
