Job Summary
Region Reliability Manager leads and drives culture of competency, development, process discipline, and equipment reliability across field operations in the region. Responsibilities include participating in self-audits, reviewing and reporting on service quality, assisting in planning new start-ups, auditing data accuracy in online systems (CPI, SUMMIT/ORION), and leading investigations with HSE and SQ incidents. The role is 50%+ field-based with travel to all areas of operations in North America; not office-based. Collaboration across areas to reduce SQ challenges and ensure process adherence is required. Requires an undergraduate engineering degree and at least 10 years of experience in PSL field operations with management experience; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in any engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Halliburton Product Service Line field operations which includes experience in the energy services industry and management experience.
