Job Summary
Respond to customer needs accurately and timely by evaluating client requirements and offering appropriate financial products through needs-based conversations. Process routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing while maintaining compliance with federal, state regulations, and bank policies. Execute sales, retention, and growth initiatives to support region banking centers' profitability objectives and meet individual and team goals. Supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers, assist with onboarding new hires, and act as a role model for the team. Travel to various banking centers within the region to build strong partnerships and adapt to business needs.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 3-4 years customer sales/service experience
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- 0-2 years cash handling experience
- 0-2 years customer service experience
- Ability to travel to various Banking Centers within the regions
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (AA) or Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating
