Job Summary
Region Operations Supervisor responsible for directing the planning, coordination, and delivery of capital and operational programs in the North Central Region. Lead planning and implementation of Capital and O&M programs, collaborate with Risk Management and Asset Management for budget creation and asset sustainability, and coordinate cross-functional teams to manage and deliver the Capital/O&M project portfolio. Oversee financial forecasting, monitor variances, and communicate insights to finance partners and regional leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, O&M manuals, and external regulatory requirements; mentor analysts; support audits; and lead special projects aligned with regional leadership priorities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years of project/operations experience in the energy industry, with strong leadership, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Hybrid work model available (Enbridge’s FlexWork) for eligible roles with options for work-from-home on select days, plus potential compressed schedules; security screening may be required for applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or financial field
- 7+ years of project or operations experience in the energy industry
- Strong understanding of project execution, cost management, regulatory requirements, and financial forecasting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to direct teams and manage cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal collaborators, contractors, and third parties
- Understanding of gas transmission or field operations, with the capability to manage operational priorities and changing demands
