Job Summary

Support regional field operations and dealer-facing administrative functions, including DDO/Inventory/Vehicle logistics, vehicle incentives, and aftersales operations. Answer dealer inquiries regarding policies, procedures, warranty questions, labor rates, and parts markup increases while collaborating with region leadership to optimize dealer performance. Develop and manage region-to-dealer and region-to-field communications, monitor program performance, and lead annual, quarterly, and monthly regional projects. Analyze key metrics, manage department budgets, and present findings using Business Objects and Oracle software tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
  • Prior work experience in a customer facing role or internship
  • Experience in a sales related role using a consultative approach
  • Understanding of automotive mechanics and industry terminology
  • Experience with an automotive OEM in a corporate, region or field role with understanding of an OEM/dealership relationship
  • Automotive or relevant industry experience in fixed operations, i.e. experience in a service or parts related role working for a repair shop, parts store, parts or accessories supplier, etc.
  • Proven track record in the following: Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment with sound judgment and clear reasoning
  • Must be analytical and a problem solver with the ability to identify problems and/or cause-effect relationships; identify key issues; secure relevant information from all appropriate sources; identify possible root causes of problems and develop and implement corrective actions for resolution
  • Well-balanced interpersonal skills; must be able to clearly and effectively communicate both orally and in writing, using good grammatical form, both in general correspondence, as well as on technical issues
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, dealers, field staff, corporate staff and vendors
  • Must consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor/attitude; work effectively with team/work group, as well as with other departments and/or outside contractors/ clients/vendors
  • Must consistently adhere to MNAO's policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company's core competencies
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and business systems (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Critical thinking, attention to details, accuracy and data integrity is required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision and/or direction
  • Travel Required 1– 4 times per year
  • Willingness to relocate within the United States
  • A satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid State driver's license are required
