Job Summary
Lead and develop a regional sales team across Southern California; own the full P&L for the region; execute Annual Business Plans with distributor partners; drive availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori; manage volumetric and financial performance for the region; develop the skills and careers of team members; navigate a multi-brand, multi-channel portfolio; travel is required with regular field-based activity within Southern California and limited travel for company meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in regional sales leadership and building high-performing field sales teams
- Experience managing distributor relationships and executing annual business plans
- Strong understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system and off-premise/retail landscape
- Ability to manage a multi-brand beverage portfolio (beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol)
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to lead from the front
