Job Summary
Oversee Service & Data project management for water and sewer infrastructure monitoring across the East Region (US) and Canada, leading a team of District Managers, Data Managers, and Project Engineers. Drive operational excellence by establishing performance expectations, fostering employee engagement, and implementing corrective actions for safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Own regional financial performance through revenue forecasting, accounts receivable management, gross margin analysis, and P&L responsibility while collaborating with Sales Managers to align operations with business volume goals. Represent the company to suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and championing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related industry
- Minimum 3-5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations
- PMP certification
- Wastewater Collection Systems knowledge
- Travel within the region up to 25%
- Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
- Proven ability to lead through others and influence organizational outcomes
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding of forecasting, revenue, gross margin, EBITA, working capital, accounts receivable, and budgeting
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and performance metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
