Job Summary
Region Manager for Denver overseeing sales and distribution growth across distributor networks, market development, and chain/retail execution. Responsibilities include managing portfolio growth, developing distributor programs, leading distributor meetings, training distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques, coordinating market blitzes, overseeing inventory levels, collaborating on the Annual Business Plan and strategic sales plan, supervising Field Sales Reps, managing account activity in chain and key accounts, creating and executing promotions with customers and events, using distributor data to identify opportunities for expansion, tracking weekly results, and meeting sales goals. Requires 5+ years in beverage distribution or related experience, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, and Bev Alc knowledge; minimum education of High School Diploma/GED with Bachelor's degree preferred.
