Job Summary
Region Manager responsible for sales and distribution growth in the assigned market (Cleveland). Develop distributor programs to maximize distribution, shelf space, and 3P merchandising; lead distributor meetings; communicate initiatives to distributor management; train and motivate distributor sales reps on product knowledge and sales techniques; oversee distributor inventory and coordinate with orders/purchasing; build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; collaborate on the Annual Business Plan and overall sales strategy; manage Field Sales Reps and coordinate market blitzes; drive account management in chain and key accounts; execute promotions with customers and events; utilize data to identify opportunities for growth; track performance against priorities and meet sales goals; ensure adherence to legal restrictions and maintain professional image.
Required Qualifications

- Bev Alc Experience - minimum of 2 years in Beverage Alcohol Industry, preferably beer category
- Manage Direct Reports - prior experience managing direct reports in a sales environment
- Wholesaler Knowledge - knowledge of 3-tier system and balancing wholesaler management with retail execution
- Inventory Management - knowledge and skill in distributor inventory management
- Data Analysis & Insights - knowledge of data tools (VIP iDig, Karma, Nielsen Scan Data, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Travel - up to 35%; valid vehicle and driving record
